Excel apartment management program

 Apartment management program 2.0 has been redesigned considering the management conditions of many apartment buildings. In this way, many new features or pages were included in the program. Let's see what happened in the new version and the features of the program with its changeable management structure: (You can view the photos of the program below.)

1-The new version of the program has been redesigned 80%, provided that some features remain the same.

2-The program has been improved visually and in terms of usage. While some pages were removed, graphics support was added to many pages.

3- In the program, nearly 50 pages changed on each page, and over 50,000 logical excel formulas were used.

4- Small statistical fields belonging to management were added in the program.

5-Vault page has been moved to the main page. Monthly income, expense and transfer transactions also took their place on the main page. On the home page, a field has been added where you can see the door numbers that make the "missing-over-full" payments in the month you are in. Thus, an area where you can see which flat is underpayed, overpaid or paid in full.

6-Expense page has been redesigned. On this page, you have a space where you can use options such as your due date, whether there is a delay penalty or not. On the expense page, a field has been created where you can choose how each expense will be shared. Again, on this page, you can decide individually which expenses your manager and doorman will be included or not. Tabs have been added to switch to other pages on the expense page as well.

7-Dues payment entries were redesigned. Tabs have been added on these pages where you can access the casting pages of your members. Again, on this page, the areas that each member will pay, pay and see the remaining amounts are designed. In these areas, if you said yes to delay penalties, automatic updating of the remaining amounts to be paid after the due date is provided. Again, on this page, statistical fields such as underpayment, overpayment, total of delay penalties were added. Another change and a new feature added on this page is the distribution of the collected dues according to the percentage of expenses. You can see the percentage values ​​of expenses on these pages.

8-Dues payment suspension list has been updated. Thus, the convenience of printing from the printer was made.

9-The expense suspension list has been updated. It is also possible to print this page.

10-Hot water page has been redesigned. If you now have hot water payment, it has been made easy with two different options. (You can still decide how this payment will be made on the expense page.) The facility has been made easy to add hot water collection to the dues by taking either m3 or fixed payments.

11-Dues payment reports have also been updated. On this page, you can get the payment report of your paying member or print it out.
